Shipping policy

Once you have accepted your final product, we will ship you your product! We will ship your order within 2 days, as long as you have finalized the product! We ship through USPS. Once we have shipped your product we will email you and provide you with the tracking number. 

We do NOT offer porch pickup during this time. This ensures that you receive your order in a timely fashion and ensures us a guarantee of delivery/pickup. Thank you for your understanding!

 

Once you have “locked in” your order, we unfortunately cannot change your order at this time. This includes changing charms, arrangement of charms, etc. We are unable to do so at this time to ensure your order is ready to be shipped fast and efficiently! If you would still like to switch something or change charms, a service fee of $10 will be added to your bill! Thank you for understanding!
